Tom Clarke is Founder of Kissito Healthcare. Tom has held leadership positions within large academic teaching hospitals in the University of Massachusetts Medical School system, including those of Associate Administrator and CFO. As CEO of Kissito Healthcare, Tom has focused on quality and operation improvements for a wide range of post-acute settings over the last 20 years. Tom holds a Master’s of Science in Business with a concentration in Health Care Management from the University of Maine. Tom, his wife Ana, son Samuel and daughters Annasophia and Amelia, enjoy the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains on their farm outside of Roanoke.

Ana Clarke has been actively involved in human services both in the care of children, education, and healthcare. Ana served as the leader of the Children’s Ministry in her Church and as a native Venezuelan, she spent four years in Venezuela working with abandoned children, both as an Administrator of children’s homes and as an Administrative Officer over nine homes and a school. Tom and Ana are the proud parents of Samuel, born in 2009, Annasophia born in 2011, and Amelia in 2013.

After high school graduation, Reverend David Erickson served two years of active duty with the United States Marine Corps. Following his service, he worked for many companies in different capacities until 1980, when he graduated from Catonsville College and was ordained into the Baptist ministry. Since then, Reverend Erickson has served as senior pastor of Watersedge Baptist Church.

Robert B. McClintic, II
Chief Executive Officer
Robert has over 28 years of experience as both a licensed nursing home administrator and regional director of operations in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation industry. He has managed both nursing homes and assisted living facilities across the United States. Robert brings a sincere passion for the elderly, and an intensely strong work ethic, which he attributes to his very close relationship with his grandparents and his parents. As CEO Robert is directly responsible for the fiscal and efficient operations of all of Kissito Healthcare’s senior care entities. Robert resides in his hometown of White Sulphur Springs, WV with his wife, four daughters and grandson. He is actively engaged in his church and his personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Katie has a BS in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting, from Liberty University. Katie started in the accounting field at a local CPA firm that specialized in Audit, Tax and Financials services for nonprofits, nursing homes and government agencies. She was hired in the Senior Accountant role at Kissito Healthcare, where she focused on creating efficiencies within the accounting department, implementing policies for stronger internal controls, and managing all accounting processes. Katie recently rejoined the Kissito team as the CFO and is responsible for the administrative, organizational and strategic planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Katie believes that high quality resident care and a strong focus on employee appreciation, are key components of the company’s success. When Katie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Shelda D.Cox, BSN
Vice President of Clinical Services
Shelda has over 20 years of Long-Term Care experience in many different roles. Shelda started her career in 1997 as a C.N.A. Her passion for LTC lead her to became a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She has experience as a C.N.A., L.PN., R.N., Director of Nurses, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and Regional Director of Operations in skilled nursing and rehabilitation industry. Shelda resides in her hometown of Hinton, WV with her husband, and four daughters.
